Cloud flare Free or WP Super Cache?

Hello,

Thinking about the best method to speed up my site. I'm testing Cloudflare (free plan) at the moment.

What do you guys prefer to speed up your site? Do you think WP super cache more efficient than Cloudflare free plan?

As I read on Cloudflare, only a business plan allow to combine WP super cache or other plugin with Cloudflare.
