how to fix player size on pc ?

please help how to fix the size of theme front page and player size on pc

i have 2 pc try

1pc   24 wide monitor display resolution 1920x1080recommend <<  size is good

1pc  19wide monitor 1440x900recommend < too much big player size

size is not automatic on pc resolution

i saw other site theme its automatic size or responsive size on pc resolution 

please help anybody know how to fix thanks
