error loading media file: file could not be played

i am in need of help for solving this "error loading media file: file could not be played" while i am using JWplayer with google drive source link.

i have been trying clear chache, update chrome , disabling chrome extension and etc, but all is failure..

i dont know what to do anymore, please your help if someone can do it..

even later the solution still failure , i am really appreciate it for the help, thank you so much
