PHP Startup: failed to open stream

When I enter "Dbmovies" tab, I can see only this error:

Nevermind, probably fixed by manually replacing path in wp-content/themes/dooplay/inc/core/dbmvs/init.php of DBMOVIES_DIR.

 

However, now even if I input my Dbmovies key, the next page that I am getting redirected to is totally blank and key is not being saved.

Additionally, whole theme seems to be broken in my case. Eg. I can't click anything on this page for example:
