Editing the DB to Fix Broken Links!?

hi guys

I've been wanting to edit like 5,000 broken links (in dooplayer) on my site,
and I think it would be easier to use phpmyadmin or mysql,

using this codes below,
update wp_postmeta set meta_value = replace(meta_value, 'Broken Link', 'Fixed Embed Link');
 

it worked but the only problem is that the "player links" that were once showing is now ALL gone in the "edit page" in the wp-admin,
but the player is showing that it's been fixed on the front end?

how do I go about fixing this?
you know fixing links 1 by 1 is super time consuming~

basically just using "search and replace" to fix embed links in the "videoplayer",
after doing so the "videoplayer" tabs in the wp-admin shows everything disappear!

Please help!

do u have db backup ?
